The free bet refund is available if you have placed a bet on a horse that comes in at second place, beaten by a winning distance of a head. The amount of the free bet will match your stake, up to £10!

- If your horse is beaten by a head or less, we’ll refund your stake as a free bet up to £10
- Just email support@10bet.co.uk with your bet ID and “head or less money back” subject line. The free bet will be credited to your account within 24 hours.
