The last round of this season’s Premier League will be played on Sunday, and we have excitement all the way to the final matches. Manchester City is on top of the table before the final round, just one point ahead of Liverpool. Three points on Sunday means that City will defend last year’s title, but loss of points could mean that they lose the title to Liverpool.
